小陰唇癒着症の2例

TWO CASES OF ADHESIONS OF THE LABIA MINORA

緒言

　小陰唇癒着症は，左右の小陰唇が部分的にあるいは小孔を残して全体的に癒着しているもので，乳幼児期に発見されることが最も多いが，本邦では比較的稀な疾患とされている。一方，成因の詳細は今日なお明らかではないものの，治療にはestrogen軟膏の局所塗布が著効を奏し，最近ではこれが一般的のようである。最近われわれは本症の2例を経験し，1例を手術的に，もう1例をestrogen軟膏塗布により治癒せしめたので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Two cases of adhesions of the labia minora having urinary disturbances were reported.

Case 1. The patient who was fifty years old, unmarried, had dysuria and a sensation of fullness in the genital region during menstruation. Observation of the external genitalia revealed complete adhesion of the labia minora. They were tightly fused together except for a tiny opening. Treatment consisted of separating the labia minora by a sharp dissection. Slight inflammation was seen on the inner surfaces of the labia minora and the vestible of the vagina.
