限局性腸炎に起因した膀胱腸瘻の1例

A CASE OF VESICOINTESTINAL FISTULA DUE TO REGIONAL ENTERITIS

緒言

　膀胱腸瘻は，種々の原因によつて起こるが本邦においては限局性腸炎の合併症としての本疾患は非常に稀であると思われる。最近当教室で，限局性腸炎による膀胱腸瘻の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 27 year old male with the chief complaint of pneumaturia had been diagnosed as irritable enteritis since 1967 after suffering from gastrointestinal symptoms. General fatigue and loss of appetiteappeared in September 1972 and barium started to appear in the urine few days after G.I. series done in October. Solid substance was noticed in the urine in November and hematopyuria with pneumaturia started in December. Cystoscopic findings revealed remarkable edema at the posterior bladder wall, trigone and bladder neck but fistula was not clear.
