先天性砂時計膀胱の1例

CONGENITAL HOURGLASS BLADDER: REPORT OF A CASE

はじめに

　先天性砂時計膀胱は泌尿器科領域における稀な疾患に属するが，著者らは最近その1例を経験し，膀胱拡大術を行ない成功したので報告する。

A case of hourglass bladder, diagnosed by cystoscopic and x-ray examination, confirmed by surgery in a 27 year old male with the chief complaint of pain by micturition, 2 stage urination and frequent urination for 2 years, was reported. Both ureteral orifice were noticed below the isthmus dividing the bladder into the upper and lower portion, with remarkable vesico-ureteral reflux. Cystectasia was done, after resecting the ring-like ridge at the border of both section, dilating the bladder to both sides by covering the defect with jelatin-sponge, together with ureteroneocystostomy, resulted in complete cure.
