非定型的副腎褐色細胞腫の1例

A CASE OF ATYPICAL ADRENAL PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA

はじめに

　褐色細胞腫のなかには定型的な症状を呈さないものや，カテコラミンの増加のみられないものがあることが知られている。今回，われわれはこのような褐色細胞腫の1例を経験し，あわせて同様な本邦報告例を収集してみたので報告する。

A 51 year-old man was admitted to our hospital for further examination of hypertension.

IVP showed a mass lesion at the upper part of lt. Kidney and inferior shift of 1t kidney, but no change were permitted at 1t. renal pelvis and calyx.

PRP with tomography clearly revealed a round and fist-sized mass at the left adrenal region.

The mass lesion was avascular in angiographic studies. Regitine test was negative and urine VMA was not detected.

Several urine cathecolamines were in normal range but plasma renin activity was high.

Operation was done and left adrenal tumor was removed.
