睾丸固定術時に偶然認めた異所性副腎皮質の1例

THE CASE OF ECTOPIC ADRENAL TISSUE DURING ORCHIOPEXY

緒言

　副腎皮質の異所的存在についてはMorgagniが1740年に報告して以来，本邦においてもいくつかの報告がある。今回われわれは睾丸固定術の際に偶然異所性副腎皮質の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

At the operation of the right orchipexy of the 5 year-old boy, the two yellowish milliary nodules were found along the spermatic cord. Pathologically, the nodule were ectopic adrenal tissues of zona fasciculata of the adrenal cortex. Medullary part of the adrenal gland was not noticed. Postoperation, adrenal cortical dysfunction was not occured.

Ectopic adrenal tissue was originally reported by Morgagni in 1740. In Japan, reports were more than 80 cases after the first report by Kawamura (1917).
