慢性腎不全の急性増悪を経過した先天性後部尿道弁の1例

A CASE REPORT OF POSTERIOR URETHRAL VALVE

はじめに

　先天性後部尿道弁は小児期に重篤な腎・上部尿路障害を来す疾患として重要であり，また複雑で特殊な治療を要する困難な疾患である。われわれは新生児期に発見され，1歳のとき尿路変更術を行つた直後，慢性腎不全の急性増悪をみた本症を経験したので報告する。

A case of 18 days old boy with congenital posterior urethral valve who had rapid progression of chronic renal failure after loop ureterocutaneostomy was reported. Although the patient was saved by peritoneal dialysis, his renal function remains poor and the undiversion is now withheld.

Renal dysplasia with this disease was menthoned.
