陰茎・尿道・前立腺無形成および両側腎・尿管・膀胱形成不全の新生児一剖検例

AGENESIS OF THE PENIS, URETHRA AND PROSTATE IN NEONATE

緒言

　われわれは最近，陰茎，尿道ならびに前立腺の無形成，さらに両側腎・尿管および膀胱の形成不全を認めた新生児例を経験したが，本症はきわめて稀な興味ある症例と思われたので，剖検の所見と若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

An extremely rare autopsied case of agenesis of the penis, urethra and the prostate in neonate was reported. Bilateral kidneys were dysplastic and both ureters were hypoplastic. The urinary bladder was extremely hypoplastic. No communication was found between the urinary tract and the intestinal tract. However both testicle, epididymis, spermatic cords and the seminal vesicle were normal. Pathological findings, embryology and treatments were discussed.
