膀胱エンドメトリオーシスによる水腎症症例

CASE STUDY OF HYDRONEPHROSIS CAUSED BY ENDOMETRIOSIS OF THE BLADDER

緒言

　子宮内膜症は婦人科疾患のなかでも，高頻度に認められる疾患であるが，尿路系への浸潤は比較的稀である。著者らは，膀胱および尿管に浸潤したエンドメトリオーシスにより，水腎症をきたした症例を経験したので報告し，主にその治療学的検討を行なつた。

Reported was a 41-year-old female patient with endometriosis of the urinary bladder in which the right ureter was also involved, thereby causing a hydronephrosis. Then clinical review of the endometriosis was undertaken with a special regard to the mode of treatment.

The patient had complained of a pain on urination that increased its severity at the time of menst-ruation. Excretory urogram revealed right severe hydronephrosis and cystoscopic examination disclosed a mass lesion, locating at the right retrotrigonum.
