保存的手術によつて好結果を収め得た傍腎性仮性嚢胞の1例

PARARENAL PSEUDOCYST CURED BY A CONSERVATIVE SURGERY: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　外傷その他の原因によつて腎周囲に液体が貯溜して嚢胞状を呈する傍腎性仮性嚢胞は，臨床上比較的稀な病変である。治療としては，多くの場合嚢胞壁を含めて腎摘除が行なわれてきたが，私は最近外傷後に発生した本症の1例に対して腎保存的手術を行ない，治癒せしめ得たので報告する。

Case is a 28 year old farmer who visited our clinic 47 days after he was involved in a traffic accident when he had a severe blow in the left flank. Extrarenal leakage and retention of dye by pyelo-gram lead to the diagnosis of pararenal pseudocyst and surgery was performed.

Leakage of urine-like fluid was noticed when the wall of a cyst was teared due to severe adhesion to the perirenal tissue after entering the retroperitoneal space. The kidney was exposed by incising the cyst and remarkable transverse rupture was found at the middle part of the kidney.
