傍腎性仮性嚢胞の1例

PARARENAL PSEUDOCYST: Report of a Case

Ⅰ．緒言

　泌尿器科領域では腎臓あるいは上部尿管の手術後に一時的に腎臓周囲に尿が漏出することはそれほど稀ではないが，これが腎臓の全周またはその一部を囲繞した仮性嚢胞にまで発展することは稀である。このような仮性嚢胞はまた尿の浸潤によらずに発生する場合もあるが，本邦ではその報告例は30例に満たず，また呼称も統一されていない。我々は最近尿管切石術後に発生した傍腎性仮性嚢胞の1例を経験したのでここに報告すると共に若干の考察を加えた。

Pararenal pseudocyst has been considered to be a rare disease and especially those, occurring after surgery of the urinary tract. Our case is the first in the Japanese literature and there seems to be only few cases since the case report by Pyrah and Smiddy (1953) in the foreign literature.

A case is reported and the literature was reviewed mainly on its term.

33 years old, male farmer with left flank mass and dull pain which occurred one month after urete-rolithotomy,visited our clinic.Various examinations suspected left hydronephrosis or pararenal pseudocyst and surgery was performed.
