膀胱内異物の7例—本邦報告1,183例の統計的観察

SEVEN CASES OF FOREIGN BODY IN THE BLADDER AND STATISTICAL OBSERVATIONS ON THE CASES REPORTED IN JAPAN

はじめに

　鳥取大泌尿器科教室における膀胱異物は，後藤ら^1）が，1946年に鳥取大皮膚泌尿器科教室が開設されてより泌尿器科教室として分離独立するまでの間の8例を報告している。著者らは，1965年10月泌尿器科教室として分離独立してより1976年12月までの間に経験した7例を報告すると共に，1976年12月までに本邦で報告された1,183例を集計し，統計的観察を行なつた。

Seven cases of foreign body in the bladder were experienced at the Department of Urology, Tottori University during the period from Oct. 1965 to Dec. 1976. Five cases were male, and two female. The kinds of foreign bodies were two vinyl-coated metal line, two gauze, one hair pin, one grass stick and one thermometer.

Statistical study was made on 1,183 cases of foreign bodies in the bladder so far reported in Japan.
