慢性血液透析患者に発生した後腹膜腫瘍の1例

RETROPERITONEAL TUMOR OF PATIENT IN CHRONIC HEMODIALYSIS

緒言

　後腹膜腫瘍の報告は多数されているが^1〜4），血液透析患者に合併し腫瘍が下大静脈を圧迫しこれがシャントの閉塞をひきおこした症例はきわめて稀と思われる。最近われわれはその1例を経験したので若干の考察を加えて報告する。

A case of retroperitoneal tumor which obstructed inferior vena cave causing the trobule of Thomas' femoral shunt was reported.

A 55-year old man under hemodialysis with Thomas' femoral shunt from 1974 complained of fre-quent clotting of blood access and abdominal swelling.

Several examinations revealed the right retroperitoneal tumor.

The retroperitoneal tumor was removed and microscopic findings was benign neurinoma.

After operation and shunt trobule had not recurred and abdominal swelling disappeared.
