尿管ステントの離断した1例

A CASE DEMONSTRATING DISRUPTION OF DOUBLE J URETERAL STENT

緒言

　近年，尿管の通過障害に対する保存的治療法として尿管ステントが用いられるようになり^1），またその長期間留置例も報告されている^2）。当教室においても1982年6月以来，各種の尿管通過障害例に対して尿管ステント（Double J Ureteral Stent）を使用し^3），多くの症例で満足できる結果を得ているが，閉塞，ステント移動，膀胱刺激症状，腰背部痛など各種の合併症も認められた。

　今回，われわれは留置期間6カ月後における尿管ステント交換の際にステントが離断し，外科的な摘出処置を必要とした症例を経験したので報告する。

A 34-year-old woman developing a disruption of Double J Ureteral Stent was reported and the com-plications of ureteral stent were discussed. She was admitted to our hospital due to further examination of right hydronephrosis and left nonvisualized kidney. The final diagnosis was the stricture of right ureter and the hypoplasia of left kidney, and the right ureteroureteroneostomy was carried out. After operation, ureteral stent was inserted and indwelled for the failure of sufficient urine transport.
