生下時に発見された先天性水腎症の1例

A CASE OF THE CONGENITAL HYDRONEPHROSIS IN THE NEWBORN

はじめに

　先天性水腎症の原因としては，腎盂尿管移行部および尿管膀胱移行部の狭窄が多いとされているが^1），今回私たちは移行部以外の部位で比較的長い範囲にわたり尿管狭窄を示した新生児先天性水腎症のきわめてまれな1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of the congenital hydronephrosis due to ureteral stricture in the newborn was presented. The patient was admitted when she was 3 weeks old for investigation of a left abdominal mass which had been noticed since birth.

An intravenous pyelogram showed no visualization of the left kidney. Antegrade pyelography showed dilated pelvis, and confirmed the diagnosis of the congenital hydronephrosis.
