食道癌との重複癌（腎，膀胱）の2例

PRIMARY GENITOURINARY MALIGNANT TUMOR ASSOCIATED WITH ESOPHAGEL CANCER

緒言

　近年重複悪性腫瘍の報告は増加し，尿路性器系悪性腫瘍を含む重複例は600例以上にのぼるが，尿路系癌と食道癌との重複例の報告はいまだ少ない。われわれは腎癌ならびに膀胱癌と食道癌との重複癌の2例を経験したので，ここに報告するとともに若干の考察を加えた。

Two cases of multiple primary malignant tumor of urinary tract associated with esophageal cancer were presented. Case 1 was 71-year old man with left renal cell carcinoma and esophageal cancer. Case 2 was 71-year old man with transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and esohageal cancer.

Recently the reports of multiple primary malignant tumor of urinary tract were increased, and 626 cases were reported from 1928 to 1980 in Japan. By analysis of these cases, the order of incidence was bladder cancer (37%), prostatic cancer (27%) and renal cancer (21%).
