陰茎に転移した尿管癌の1例

A CASE OF URETER CANCER METASTATIC TO THE PENIS

緒言

　転移性陰茎腫瘍は比較的まれなものであるが，その原発巣としては泌尿生殖器癌に多いとされている。われわれも尿管癌が原発巣であつた転移性陰茎腫瘍の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

A case of secondary penile tumor originating from ureter is reported.

A 64 year-old man was admitted with complains of the pain of the penis and a diffuse induration of penile shaft, especially on the dorsal aspect of the penis. A biopsy specimen of penile corpora caver-nosa revealed transitional cell carcinoma. At retrograde pyelography the ureteral catheter was unable to pass more than 4cm from left ureteral orifice. A biopsy specimen of the stenotic segment of left ureter proved to be transitional cell carcinoma. We concluded metastasis of transitional cell carcinoma of left ureter to the penis.
