索を伴つた先天性尿道瘻の1例

CONGENITAL URETHRAL FISTULA WITH CHORDEE: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　泌尿器科領域において，尿道下裂は比較的多い先天奇形であり，その頻度は出生男児150〜300^1,2）人中1人とされている。しかし，海綿体部尿道の欠損と索を有し，かつ亀頭部尿道が正常に形成されるcongenital urethral fistula with chordeeまたはhypospadias with an intact glandular urethraは稀な奇形である。今回われわれは，この稀な1例を経験し，尿道形成術を施行して良好な結果を得たのでここに報告する。

A 5-year old boy, was admitted with a complaint of anomaly of external urethral meatus.

Examination of the external genitalia revealed left migratory testis and penoscrotal hypospadias with moderate chordee. The glandular urethra and the prepuce was normal.

He was treated two stage repair of operation. First operation was chordectomy only, because of sufficient prepure for urethroplasty. Second operation of urethroplasty was done by Denis Browne Crawford's methode.
