原発性副甲状腺機能亢進症の1例

A CASE OF PRIMARY HYPERPARATHYROIDISM

　原発性副甲状腺機能亢進症は，比較的まれな疾患とされており，本邦では園田ら^1）が自験例53例をまとめて発表して以来多数例の報告は少ない。聖路加国際病院においては，岡本ら^2）が症例報告をしているが，今回の症例と併せて3例である。この理由としては原発性副甲状腺機能亢進症の診断ならびに局在性診断が困難な点をあげることができる。今回われわれはCTスキャン，選択的甲状腺動脈撮影，選択的甲状腺静脈採血などにより術前部位診断の得られた症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 30-year-old female, who consulted her physician for a complaint of lumbago that had begun 6 months previously, was suspected to have hyperparathyroidism upon physical examination and was referred and admitted to our hospital for further examination on February 29, 1980. The patient presented with a history of renal calculus in 1960 and underwent nephropexy for treatment of nephroptosis in 1978. Physical examination demonstrated a bean-sized, palpable tumor in the right angle of the thyroid.
