膀胱と乳腺の重複癌の1例

DOUBLE CARCINOMA OF URINARY BLADDER AND THE BREAST: A CASE REPORT AND REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

緒言

　最近，われわれは比較的稀な組合せである膀胱と乳腺の1例を経験し，若干の文献的考察を行なつたので報告する。

A case with double cancer was reported. The patient was a 61-year-old female, who visited the urological and surgical departments complaining lower abdominal pain, gross hematuria and induration of the breast.

Cystoscopic examination revealed bladder tumor on the left lateral wall and partial cystectomy was performed. Breast malignancy was diagnosed by palpation and radical mastectomy was performed subsequently. The histologic diagnosis was squamous cell carcinoma of the bladder and adenocarcinoma of the breast.
