腎癌摘除後18年経過して皮膚，肺，他側腎に転移したと思われる1例

METASTATIC RENAL CARCINOMA OCCURRED EIGHTEEN YEARS AFTER NEPHRECTOMY: A CASE REPORT

　腎腺癌の転移は肺，肝，骨などに多くみられ，皮膚への転移は比較的稀である。最近われわれは，腎腺癌に対する腎摘出より18年の長期間の後，肺，他側腎，および比較的稀とされる皮膚への転移をきたした症例を経験したので報告する。

A 62 year-old man presented with the metastatic tumor of the skin from renal carcinoma treated 18 years previously. His cutaneous tumor on the upper lip was diagnosed as clear cell carcinoma histologically. An X-ray examination of the chest disclosed the abnormal shadow in the left lung. Immediately after the admission, he was prescribed 1200-600 mg fluorouracil and 3 g Krestin, a newly developed immunochemotherapy drug, for two weeks. These anticancer drugs were discontinued because of severe loss of appetite and general malaise. But liver dysfunction and renal failure developed rapidly. He died of fulminant hepatitis.
