急激に浸潤性癌に進展したと思われる膀胱上皮内癌の1例

A CASE OF CARCINOMA IN SITU OF THE URINARY BLADDER PROGRESSIVE TO INVASION

緒言

　転移病巣を初発症状として発見される膀胱癌症例は比較的稀である。われわれは最近，骨転移が始めに診断され，おそらく膀胱上皮内癌が原発巣であると思われた1症例を経験したので若干の考察を加え報告する。

On June 8, 1982, a 57 year-old male was admitted to a department of internal medicine with severe lumbago, cystalgia and intermittent total gross hematuria, which had appeared since May, 1982. ^99mTc bone scintigraphy revealed multiple bone metastases. Sequences of examinations faild to detect the origin of the metastases except for the positive urinary cytology. He moved to our department for further study and treatment.
