経過上問題となつた腎盂腫瘍

FIVE CASES OF RENAL PELVIC TUMOR, PRESENTING ATYPICAL CLINICAL COURSE

　腎盂腫瘍は泌尿器科領域ではまれな疾患ではなく，その診断，治療および予後については一応総括的にはまとめられているが，実際の診療に当つてはまだ多くの問題が残されている。われわれは最高9年間経過を観察しえた症例のうちその経過ならびに診断に関してretrospectiveに検討した結果，いくつかの興味ある点を見出した5例（3年間）の腎盂腫瘍についてその知見を報告する。

Renal pelvic tumor is hard to diagnose especially when the typical manifestation is absent, but the evidences of the tumor are recognized if the IVP is carefully studied retrospectively. We herein present five cases of renal pelvic tumor, which have proposed the miscellaneous problems to deal with.
