緒言

　尿管癌は一般に原発性と続発性に大別されるが，続発性尿管癌は原発性に比し発生頻度は低い。続発性尿管癌をCampbell^1）は4群に分類している。そのうちいわゆる転移性尿管癌で，胃癌が原発巣である症例は本邦で36例発表されている。

　われわれは最近，胃癌で胃亜全切除術を施行した後，原発巣には再発の所見なく，はじめ左尿管へ癌が転移し，つづいて末期に右尿管へ転移した症例を経験した。本例では従来いわれているようなリンパ行性，または血行性転移が考えにくいので，自験例を加えた36例について転移形式を中心に検討を加える。

A case of metastasis of gastric cancer to the ureter was reported. A 43-year-old housewife was admitted to our hospital because of oollakisuria, hematuria and left back pain. IVP demonstrated left nonfunctioning kidney. She had a subtotal gastrectomy for stomach cancer in Decembe, 1972, at another hospital. Exploratory laparotomy performed on June 13, 1974, revealed the metastatic cancer of the left ureter. Metastasis to the other sites and infiltration from the adjacent tissue were not observed at this stage. Marked oliguria with accumulation of large amount of ascites developed and she died on February 4, 1975.
