巨大チスチン尿管結石の1例

A CASE OF THE GIANT CYSTINE URETERAL STONE

緒言

　尿管結石は泌尿器科領域において稀な疾患ではないが，その解剖学的構造から小さいものが多く，巨大尿管結石の報告は稀である。最近われわれは，成分がl-シスチンである巨大尿管結石の1例を経験し，また，electron probe micro analyzer（EMAX-8000）を試みる機会を得たので，シスチン結石の分析を行ない若干の文献的考察を加えた。

This is a study of a 30-year-old patient with a right giant ureteral stone with 31 other cases reported in our country.

Diagnosis was a right giant ureteral stone and a left staghon calculus. Right ureterolithotomy was performed and the stone was a waxen, yellow ocher cigar-stone, sized 5. 7 × 1. 8 × 1. 5cm and weighed 12. Og.

The right pyelogram became visualized two weeks after the operation.
