緒言
腎腫瘍のうちで腎実質腫瘍は非常に多くの報告があり，臨床的には珍しいことではないが，腎実質腫瘍に結石の合併することは極めて少ないとされている。最近，われわれは結石を伴つた腎実質腫瘍の1例を経験したので，本邦における統計的観察と，若干の文献的考察を加えてここに報告する。
A 51-year old male with complaints of proteinuria and anorexia was diagnosed as having stones in the left renal pelvis and ureter.
Pyeloeithotomy was initially intended, which disclosed a gray, elastic solid tumor of a small-finger-tip size at the posterior aspect of the kidney.
