巨大尿管結石症の1例

A CASE REPORT OF GIANT URINARY STONES

　巨大尿管結石症の1例を報告した。症例は44歳女性で，左尿管結石，腎盂腎炎の診断にて入院となった。巨大結石は2個存在し，58×9mm，重量3.4gと，83×11mm，重量8.49で，両結石ともリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウム，リン酸カルシウム，炭酸カルシウムからなる混合結石であつた。巨大尿管結石の成因として，尿路感染症の合併と，結石による通過障害が不完全であつたことが考えられた。

A 44-year-old woman was seen with complaint of left abdominal pain. DIP revealed two cigaret-te-like giant stones situated in the left ureter with left hydronephrosis. Left ureterolithotomy was performed. The stones were 58 × 9 mm and 83 × 11mm in size, and 3. 4 g and 8.4 g in weight. The stones consisted of magnesiumammonium phosphate, calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate. Therefore it was suggested urinary tract infection had causative relation with these giant stones.
