最近われわれは，上部尿路結石を再発し，そのつど外科的治療をうけてきたチスチン尿症の2症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
Two cases of recurrent upper urinary tract calculi, diagnosed as cystinuria by postoprative exami-nation were reported.
Case 1 was a 40 year old male who had 3 episodes of recurrent calculi since his first surgery for bladder stone at the age of 5, and was treated surgically including right nephrectomy each time.
