種々な病変に対する膀胱二重造影

DOUBLE CONTRAST CYSTOGRAPHY WITH WATER-SOLUBLE CONTRAST MEDIUM AND VERTICAL BEAM

緒言

　われわれは，膀胱腫瘍を客観的に判定かつ記録する方法として膀胱造影法をとりあげ，種々検討を加えた結果，われわれなりにひとつの方式に到達した^1）が，この方法は膀胱における他の病的状態においても有用と思われるので，ここに紹介する。

Our method of double contrast cystography is described.

The patient is placed on a X-ray table in supine position. A catheter is inserted in the bladder. After residual urine is drained, 10 ml of Pyraceton-C (Iodopyracet with carboxyl-methyl-cellulose and anesthetic), then 80 to 150ml of air are injected into the bladder. Roentgenograms are obtained in antero-posterior, axial, and other views if necessary.

This method is superior to conventional cystography, and provides mucosal details. Barium mixtures may be harmful and must be avoided.
