進行性尿管腫瘍に対するPlatinum製剤の効果

はじめに
今回，われわれは進行性尿管腫瘍（transitionalcell carcimoma）に対して，Platinum製剤を使用し，partial remissionをえた症例を経験したので報告する。
Cis-dichlorodiamineplatinum (CDDP) has been shown to be one of the most effective antitumor agents for non-seminomatous testicular tumor in urogenital tumors.
Patient with rapidly progressive, stage D, grade II, transitional cell carcinoma of the ureter was treated with infusions of Cis-diaminedichloroplatinum (0.83mg/kg, 6 times).
A partial objective response was observed.
This response lasted more than 3 months.
The nephrotoxicity of CDDP was moderate.
