尿管に発生した細網肉腫の1例

RETICULUM CELL SARCOMA OF THE URETER: A CASE REPORT

はじめに

　悪性リンパ腫と総称されるリンパ系腫瘍は，泌尿器科領域においてはまれなものである。しかし，睾丸，腎，膀胱後部より発生の報告は比較的多くみられるが，尿管内に初発した報告は少なく，本邦においてはいまだみられない。われわれは今回，左尿管に発生した細網肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 12-year-old boy was admitted to Mito Kyodo Hospital with the chief complaints of left flank pain and microscopic hematopyuria. Physical examination revealed no evidence of lymphoadenopathy. Red blood cells was 312×10⁴, white blood cells 9900 and normal differential count. Blood chemistry disclosed slight elevation of LDH and gamma-globulin. Blood sedimentation rate was 68mm per hour. Retrograde pyelogram showed a filling defect in the left upper ureter and left hydronephrosis.

Total nephro-ureterectomy was done. There were no palpable lymph nodes along the aorta.
