経皮的腎尿管切石術—特に手技上の問題点について

PERCUTANEOUS NEPHROLITHOTOMY: ESPECIALLY CONCERNING TECHNIQUES AND INSTRUMENTS

緒言

　経皮的腎尿管切石術は，relatively new and stillinvolvingと表現^1）されているものの，欧米では相当数行われており^2），膀胱近接部の結石すら除去するという^1）。本邦でも既に1981年に斉藤^3）が発表している。われわれも早くから腎および尿管に対する経皮的操作を経験^4）している関係上，経皮的腎尿管切石術をも適応症例を選んで施行しているが，今回は現在本邦で入手可能な器具を使つて経皮的腎尿管切石術を行う際の手技上の問題点を検討したので報告する。

Techniques of percutaneous nephroureterolithotomy, using fiberoptic bronchoscope, nephroscope, cystoscope with forceps were discussed.

Percutaneous nephroureterolithotomy has advantage compared with open surgery because of short hospitalization, less traumatic procedure, disappearance of colic immediately after percutaneous nephro-stomy, ease of procedure even to the patients with history of nephroureterolithotomy.
