緒言
精嚢腺腫瘍は極めて稀な疾患であるが，われわれは最近，原発性精嚢腺癌の1例を経験し，病理解剖により確認できたので報告する。
A 88-year-old man was admitted to our hospital complaining urinary retention. Bimanual palpation and seminal vesiculogram were suggestive of seminal vesicle tumor. Transrectal needle biopsy of the tumor revealed adenocarcinoma of papillary nature, so clinical diagnosis of primary adenocarcinoma of the seminal vesicle was made. The diagnosis was comfirmed by autopsy. This is the 7 th case reported in Japan.
