前立腺癌に伴つた原発性精嚢腺癌の1例

PRIMARY CARCINOMA OF THE SEMINAL VESICLE ACCOMPANIED BY CARCINOMA OF THE PROSTATE:A CASE REPORT

緒言

　精嚢腺癌の報告は稀である。最近前立腺癌の診断で行なわれた前立腺全摘除術の摘除標本の病理学的検索により，前立腺癌に伴つて発見された精嚢腺癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 59-year old male complained of hematospermia of four months' duration was seen on May 29, 1978. On rectal examination, the right prostatic lobe was hard and irregular but the left prostatic lobe and bilateral seminal vesicles were normal. Cystoscopy, excretory urography, urethrography, seminal vesiculography, lymphoangiography and bone scintiscanning were negative. A needle biopsy of the prostate revealed adenocarcinoma. A diagnosis of prostatic cancer was made. Prostato-vesiculectomy and bilateral orchiectomy were performed. Histologically the right prostatic lobe showed adenocarcinoma.
