膀胱内に発生した異所性前立腺組織の1例

ECTOPIC PROSTATIC TISSUE IN THE BLADDER

　異所性前立腺組織の報告例は，そのほとんどが精丘を中心とした前立腺部尿道の腺腫性ポリープであり，膀胱をはじめ他の部位に生じたものは少ない。本症例は，22歳男性，血尿と排尿困難を主訴とし，膀胱鏡にて膀胱左側壁に非乳頭状広基性腫瘍を認めたが，経直腸的超音波検査にて良性との判断をし，腫瘤摘除術を行い得た。病理組織学的に，前立腺に酷似した所見を認め，膀胱内に発生した異所性前立腺組織と確診した。

A 22-year-old man was admitted with complaints of macroscopic hematuria and dysuria. Cystosco-pically a non-papillary and broad-based tumor was seen at the left wall of the bladder which was suspected as malignant. But we considered it benign with the aid of transrectal ultrasonotomography by electronic linear scanning. Tumor was enucleated and pathologically revealed as ectopic prostatic tissue in the bladder. Many cases reported as ectopic prostatic tissue were adenomatous polyps in the prostatic urethra near the vermontanum, and the cases in the other positions were very rare. This is the third case reported in Japan.
