膀胱後部嚢腫（血液嚢腫）の1例

A CASE OF PETROVESICAL CYST (ENCAPSULATED HEMATOMA)

緒言

　膀胱後部に発生する腫瘍は病理学的に多岐にわたるが，いずれも症例数はそう多いものではない。最近われわれは膀胱後部に発生した嚢腫の1例を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する。

A 38-year-old man was admitted to out clinic with chief complaints of paresthesia on the left lower limb, dysuria and pollakisuria.

On physical examination, a hard mass child's head size was palpable without tenderness in the lower abdomen. A retrovesical tumor was suspected after verious examinations such as cystography, urethrography and echography.

A simple extirpation was performed. The cyst was filled with 1,150ml bloody fluid. The origin of the cyst was not known.
