耳後部に発生した皮様嚢腫の一症例

POST AURICULAR DERMOID CYST

　Ⅰ．緒言

　dermoid cystは元来胎生期のある発育障害により発生するものと解され，したがつて先天性に起源を有するものであるが，時に表皮組織の旺盛なる発育増大を来たし，初めて臨床的意義を呈してくることが少なくない。今回われわれは非常にめずらしい耳後部に発生したdcrmoid cystを自験したのでここに発表するとともにこれに近い関係にあるepidermoid cystも加え他科に及んでの広い範囲にわたる最近10年間の文献的考察を加えてみた。

　The authors made a report on a case of dermoid cyst and a search of literature for reports on the dermoid and epidermoid cysts for the period of recent 10 years.

　It was revealed that the dermoid cyst has tendency to occur more frequently among women than men while, the epidermoid cyst was the reverse.
