副腎嚢腫の1例

A CASE OF ADRENAL CYST

はじめに

　副腎嚢腫は無症状に経過することが多いため，臨床上問題になることは比較的少ないといわれている。事実，Fosterら（1966）^1）が集計した副腎嚢腫220例のうち，100例は剖検上たまたま発見されたものであり，現在までに報告されている本邦例16例のうち2例は剖検上の発見である。

　今回われわれは石灰化を伴い，内分泌学的に異常を示さない右副腎嚢腫の1手術例を経験したので報告し，あわせて簡単な考察を加える。

A case of endocrinically inactive right adrenal cyst was reported.

A 42 years-old male was hospitalized due to muscle power weakness which gradually developed after several months administration of Chlorthalidone and Furosemide. This muscle weakness improved after cessation of diuretics. No abnormality was found by endocrinical examination but right supra-renal egg-shell shaped calcification was discovered by X-ray examination.
