緒言
原発性尿管腫瘍の両側同時発生例は内外の文献例を合わせても16例を数えるのみで，きわめて稀である。
われわれは最近，本症の1例を経験し，両側とも尿管部分切除，尿管端々吻合によつて術後7カ月まで良好な経過を辿つているので，これを報告し，あわせて文献的考察を加えた。
The patient is a 57-year old, machine sales man with chief complaints of left flank pain and gross hematuria. Urography revealed filling defects in the left upper ureter and the right lower ureter. Any neoplastic or allied lesions were not identified on cystoscopy. Cytologic examination was evaluated as class Ⅰ-Ⅱ. Blood chemistry and other routine laboratory examinations revealed within normal limits.
On both sides partial ureterectomy and end to end anastomosis were performed. Pathologic study of each tumour revealed grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ papillary, non-invasive, transitional cell carcinoma.
