緒言

　膀胱皮様嚢腫は，臨床的には毛髪尿，結石形成などの特徴ある症状を示し，多彩な組織像を示す稀な疾患であり，著者らの調べた限りでは，本邦では1899年の松原，天野らによる14歳の少女に発生した症例の報告以来，これまで59例が報告されているに過ぎない。われわれは最近，続発性と思われる膀胱に開口した皮様嚢腫の1例を経験したので，若干の考察を加え，ここに報告する。

A case of dermoid cyst of the urinary bladder in a 41-year old female with chief complaint of pollakiuria and pain on voiding was reported. The X-ray films showed a opaque shadow in the bladder region and a fistula between the tumor and the bladder. Cystoscopic examination revealed seven hairs attached with stones appearing from the orifice of the cyst into the bladder. Study of the films and cystoscopy resulted in a diagnosis of dermoid cyst of the urinary bladder. On April 26, 1977, the resection of the dermoid cyst was performed.
