小さな膀胱褐色細胞腫

PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER TREATED BY TRANSURETHRAL RESECTION : A CASE REPORT

　67歳，男性．主訴は排尿困難．高血圧，血尿，排尿時発作は認められなかった．膀胱鏡にて膀胱後壁に表面平滑，黄色で正常粘膜に被覆され膀胱内に突出する大豆大の腫瘤を認めた．膀胱腫瘍の疑いにて経尿道的切除術を施行した．病理学的には褐色細胞腫であった．術後，血中および尿中カテコラミンの測定を行ったが，いずれも正常であった．術後12カ月を経た現在，再発は認められない．

A 67-year-old male visited us complaining of dysuria. The patient had no history of hypertension. Cystoscopic examination revealed a soybean-sized-mass with a smooth surface at the posterior wall of the bladder. Transurethral resection of the tumor was performed under the diagnosis of bladder tumor. The histological diagnosis was pheochromocytoma of the urinary bladder. Blood and urinary catecholamine were within normal range after operation. One year after operation the patient was asymptomatic.
