尿管腫瘍は決して稀な疾患ではないが,両側尿管に同時に腫瘍発生をみることは極めて稀であり,かつこの際の治療方針は当然一般尿管腫瘍のそれとは異なつてくる。以下,われわれが最近経験した1症例を報告する。
Tumor of the ureter is not a rare disease but those of both ureter at the same time is very rare and the treatment is therefore different from the unilateral type.
Case is a 67 year old female who was admitted to our clinic on January 22, 1974. Cystoscopic examination revealed a thumb-tip sized papillary tumor at the right ureteral orifice and an azuki-sized tumor with a smooth surface, making frequent appearance according to ureteral peristalisis was noticed at the left ureteral orifice. IVP showed a normal left kidney and ureter but the right was not visualized.
