緒言
両側同時発生尿管腫瘍は，1949年，Ratliffら1）が最初の報告を行つている。今回われわれも両側同時発生尿管腫瘍を経験したので，治療方法を中心に若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 67-year-old man was admitted with a chief complaint of gross hematuria. On cystoscopy, a papillary tumor was found around the right ureteral orifice. IVP showed a right nonvisualized kidney and a filling defect in the upper third of the left ureter. He was diagnosed as bladder tumor, bilateral ureteral tumors and bilateral renal cysts. No distant metastasis was observed. Right nephroureterectomy, partial cystectomy and segmental resection of the left ureter with ureteral reanastomosis were performed.
