腎血管筋脂肪腫4例と臨床的考察—併せて本邦95症例の統計的検討

ANGIOMYOLIPOMA OF THE KIDNEY: REPORT OF FOUR CASES

はじめに

　腎血管筋脂肪腫は腎臓に発生する良性腫瘍の一つで，結節性硬化症の合併腎病変として知られている。

　最近，われわれは4症例を経験したのでこれを報告するとともに，術前の血清生化学検査，X線検査で診断上もつとも問題となる本症と腎癌の鑑別について検討し，併せて1978年8月までに集め得た本邦症例を集計し，若干の考察を行なつた。

Four cases of renal angiomyolipoma were reported. All cases were females and without tuberous sclerosis. Prior to operation, only one case was diagnosed as angiomyolipoma. Two cases were diagnosed as hypernephroma, and one case died from hemorrhage. Ninety-five cases of angiomyolipoma of the kidney including our 4 cases are reported in Japanese literature. Nephrectomy was done in 82 cases. Prior to operation, the most difficult problem was the differentiation between angiomyolipoma and hypernephroma.
