両側同時発生尿管腫瘍の1例

SIMULTANEOUS BILATERAL URETERAL TUMOR: A CASE REPORT

　71歳男性，下腹部痛で来院。右水腎水尿管，右中部尿管の壁不整像，尿細胞診陽性。右腎尿管全摘出術施行。術直後も下腹部痛，尿細胞診陽性が続き，左下部尿管の壁不整像があるため，左下部尿管摘出術，膀胱亜全摘術，左尿管皮膚瘻術を施行した。両側共に非乳頭状の移行上皮癌でgrade2〜3であつた。両側同時発生尿管腫瘍は本邦で7例目である。

A 71-year-old man complaining of lower abdominal pain, showed right hydronephroureter with an irregular ureteral wall at the right mid-ureter and positive urine cytology. The patient underwent right total nephroureterectomy. Since abdominal pain and positive urine cytology continued after the surgery and the left lower ureteral was irregular, excision of the left lower ureter, subtotal cystectomy and ureterocutaneostomy were successfully performed. Both ureter had grade 2-3 non-papillary, transitional cell carcinoma. This is the 7 th case of simultaneous bilateral ureteral tumor in Japan.
