緒言
原発性尿管腫瘍は比較的稀な疾患である。近年その報告例は増えつつあるが，両側性のものとなると更に稀有な疾患となる。今回われわれは両側非同時発生尿管腫瘍を経験したので，これを報告するとともに若干の考察を加えた。
A seventy year old male who complained of hematuria and terminal miction pain was admitted to our hospital in February 1978. An IVP revealed a stricture of the lower end of the left ureter. A urinary cytology was positive for malignant cells. The patient underwent left nephroureterectomy and partial cystectomy under the diagnosis of left ureteral tumor. A histological diagnosis was transitional cell carcinoma grade Ⅲ.
