はじめに

　回腸導管造設術における尿管回腸吻合法は従来よりさまざまな方法が実施されているが，最近，われわれはKerr-Colby法によつて吻合した尿管の導管内断端が線維性狭窄を来した2例を経験したので若干の考察を加え，報告する。

Reported were two cases of fibrous stenosis of intraileal ureters after anastomosis to the ileal conduit according to the method of Kerr-Colby.

Both underwent total cystectomy with urinary diversion of ileal conduit because of advanced bladder cancer. Progressive renal insufficiency with urinary infection and bilateral hydronephrosis became mani-fest after one month of the operation. Exploratory reoperation revealed obstraction of ureters at the free end, which was resected and reimplanted by the technique of mucosa to mucosa anastomosis. Renal function of both patients promptly recovered after the reoperation.
