排尿障害を主訴とした尿管脱の1例

A CASE OF PROLAPSE OF URETER

緒言

　排尿障害を主訴とし，膀胱鏡検査で腫瘍と診断された膀胱結石を合併する右尿管脱を経験したので報告する。

A 28-year-old man, who had been suffering from dysuria for one year, had a sudden onset of urinary retention. Urethrography showed 15×15mm filling defect at proximal urethra and 20×18mm filling defect in vesical space. In spite of reposition of a stone found in the urethra into vesical space, dysuria was not improved. Cystoscopic examination disclosed a vesical stone and a tumor at the right ureter orifice. Microscopic examination of the tumor biopsy specimen suggested papilloma. Diagnosis of vesical stone and vesical tumor was made and operation was carried out.
