尿管異常開口を伴つた先天性偏側性多嚢腎の1例

A CASE OF CONGENITAL UNILATERAL MULTICYSTIC KIDNEY WITH ECTOPIC URETERAL ORIFICE

緒言

　尿失禁を訴える患者で尿管異常開口が疑われ，発育不全腎摘除などにより治癒した例はしばしば報告されている^1）。このたびわれわれは尿失禁を訴えX線上で腎の排泄がなく発育不全腎を疑つて手術を施行したところ，比較的稀な多嚢腎であつた症例を経験したので報告する。

A 5-year-7-month-old girl was admitted to Niigata City Hospital on August 9, 1978 because of urinary incontinence. Absence of right ureteral orifice with deformity of trigone was noticed by cystosco-pie examination. Ectopic ureteral orifice was found at vaginal vestibulum. Right kidney was nonvisualized by IVP and moderately dilated ureter without pelvis and calyces outlined by right retrograde pyelography.

Right nephrectomy was performed on August 11, 1978. The surgical specimen was 24 g in weight and 3.0×3.5×1.5cm in size and occupied with many cystic masses without parencymal structure.
