胸骨転移を主訴とした前立腺癌の2例

TWO CASES OF PROSTATIC CARCINOMA WITH CLINICALLY MANIFESTED METASTATIC STERNAL TUMOR

緒言

　前立腺癌の骨転移は高率に認められるが，臨床的に胸骨転移が発見されることは，非常に稀である。今回，われわれは2例の前立腺癌の胸骨転移を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Tumor of the sternum was less common and we collected 72 cases from the Japanese literature. Thirty cases were metastatic tumors in which two cases reported herein were included. Metastatic bone tumors originating from cancer of the prostate were common but metastasis to the sternum accompanying tumor formation was not found in the literature except Wölk's cases.

These three cases had multiple bone metastases including thoracic vertebral bodies but no pulmo-nary metastasis was found radiologically.
