刺杭創による膀胱直腸瘻の1例

VESICO-RECTAL FISTULA DUE TO PERINEAL STAB WOUND:A CASE REPORT

緒言

　刺杭創による膀胱直腸瘻は比較的稀な疾患であり，自験例を含め本邦では23例しか報告されていない。われわれは本症の治療法について反省させられる点があつたため，本症例の治療経過とともにその治療法について述べてみたい。

22 year-old male, admitted to our hospital complaining of anal excretion of urine and pneumaturia. One and a half years ago, he suffered from vesico-rectal fistula due to perineal stab wound. In the first operation rectal and vesical wound was closed by transanal operation. One week later the fistula recurred and then colostomy was done. One month later the fistula was closed and at that time the foreign body was found in the bladder and was removed cystoscopically. Thereafter bladder calculi developed and cystolithotomies were carried out 2 times but no fistula was observed in the meantime.
